My realtor called me back Sunday evening with a different mortgage company. The guy's name was Jimmy Vercellino and he specialized in VA Loans. She said that she had just talked to him and that I should call him now and see if I like him and would like to set up a meeting. I said, “it's 8:00 PM on a Sunday night”. She said that Jimmy said I to call him and it would be fine. I called Jimmy and to find out we were both in the Marines. We talked for about 40 minutes or so and had set up a meeting the next day at a coffee shop right around the corner from me. I gave him all my information and a little bit of a run down of what had happened with the other company. He assured me I was in good hands. Jimmy was great. He always returned all my calls in a very timely manor and answered my questions. I felt like a person instead of a number. I know there had to be many times when I was calling him and he would be thinking not this guy again. But, I never felt when I was talking to him he thought that. I was a 1st time home buyer and I had many worries.1 of them being that I was running out of time to find a home. Sense I was unable to get the other home because of the stalling from the other mortgage company. Well, I closed on my home March 25th making me a 1st time home owner now. I'm in my dream home and I owe so much of it to Jimmy for making it come true for me. Jimmy delivered as he told me he would, and I would refer him anyone that's a veteran and using their VA loan.
Thank you Jimmy,
I'll let you know when I'm having the house warming party.

We won’t hold the fact that he is a Marine against him, but I will tell you he would be the number one pick of mine to go into the battle with.
Thank you so much Jimmy for everything you have done for my sailors and my family. You truly are the number 1!
Very Respectfully,
